2. Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs.

8. Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request.
9. Provides pertinent information on socio-political matters
10. Stores and keeps all confidential information.
11. Prepares monthly operational results for meetings with other hotels if any.
12. Takes minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested.
13. To perform other tasks assigned by General Manager.
