- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Prepare and set up tables, service stations and restaurant areas according to hotel standards.
- Present menus and provide accurate information about food, beverages, promotions and special offers.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the Kitchen and Bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to established sequence of service and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and provide attentive, timely and personalized service.
- Follow up on guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests, feedback and concerns.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and report or escalate issues to the Supervisor when required.
- Promote food and beverage items, special offers and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure correct billing and coordinate with the cashier for payment when required.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Hostess and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Check food and beverage orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation and completeness.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards throughout the operation.
- Ensure proper handling and care of tableware, equipment and operating supplies.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance and service attitude at all times.
- Attend daily briefings, product knowledge training and departmental meetings.
- Support restaurant events, functions and other F&B activities as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress or in a similar F&B position is preferred; fresh graduates with a positive attitude may be considered.
- Previous experience in an international hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures, food and beverage products and sequence of service.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service orientation.
- Good sales and upselling skills.
- Strong attention to detail with good order-taking and service accuracy.
- Good teamwork, organization and multitasking skills.
- Positive, proactive and professional attitude with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
