I/ Position Summary:
Responsible to assist the General Manager for overall kitchen operation, ensuring guest satisfaction, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
II/ Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing staff in the department: hiring. on the job training, scheduling staff working shifts, time management, performance management.
- Planning menus for banquets and seasonal events.
- Managing hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Managing food cost and inventory.
- Delegating the department to attend management meetings.
