FO Supervisor/ Senior Resort Host

1. Monitor rooms status and discrepancies.

2. Assist subordinates during peak hours.

3. Conduce daily briefing.

4. Monitor guest registration cards ensuring that staffs adhere to the standard required and “Guest Profile” data key-in standard.

5. Check and update room status with Housekeeping on an ongoing daily basis.

6. Ensure cashiers check-out folios are correct, ensuring that the various types of vouchers are attached.

7. Ensure that the Lost Interface folio has been cleared daily.

8. Monitor all arriving guest through guest Arrival List ensuring that the rates, set-up, and guest requirements are all following-up.

9. Ensure the strict control of room & safety box keys.

10. Ensure that all guests are pre-registered.

11. Ensure the efficient operation of all Front Office departments at night

12. Ensure that the Log Book of all shifts are up-to-date and briefed to all staff.

13. Handle all Front Office filing system and ensure that all document is up-date.

14. Ensure proper flow and operational coordination of transporting check-in guest to their villas and departing guests to the Cashier for check-out.

15. Control the VAT check are printed out after the folio is closed.

16. Ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.

17. Assist in the building of and efficient team of employees by taking and active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development.

18. Ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the hotel’s policy and procedures.

19. Conduct training courses for new employees, and regular “refresher” courses for newly hired and existing

employees as well as all trainees.

20. Ensure that all employees have been trained according to all Mini-SOP. Keep all record and summit to Training Department.

21. Ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.

22. Evaluate staff performance when required.

23. Monitor staff attendance and staff scheduling and ensures that the manpower is match with the daily working load, based on daily activities.

24. Respond to any changes as dictated by the hotel.

2. Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.

3. Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.

4. Be fully conversant with al health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

5. Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.

6. Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.

7. Attend meetings and training as required by managers.

8. Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of Vietnamese law.

9. Interact with guests actively soliciting feedback.

10. At least 1 year experience as the relevant position at 4 or 5 star international hotel/resort.
