- Set up for the whole Spa public areas (front of Spa, inside Spa)
- Take care of sauna, steam bath, shower
- Provide guests with all information of spa services and recreation services
- Arrange booking for guests
- Take good care of guests from the beginning of service to the end of service (tea, towel, form)
- Check all outlets’ equipment conditions daily, cleanliness, products and report to spa supervisor and spa manager all matters.
- Follow up with order products using for guest’s service
- Follow up Engineering Job Request, etc to ensure all items to be ready for services.
- Handle guest’s inquiries or requests
- Resolve guest’s complaint (if any) and report immediately to spa supervisor and spa manager for solution
- Do the cashier’s job to make the bill for the guests
- Make all of daily report
