Supervise daily F&B operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, brief and support F&B team members to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
Assign duties and monitor team performance according to business levels and operational requirements.
Ensure restaurant, bar and service areas are clean, organized, properly set up and ready for operation.
Monitor service quality, food and beverage presentation, sequence of service and compliance with SOPs.
Welcome and engage with guests, respond to requests and ensure a positive dining experience.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager when required.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth service and timely guest requests.
Monitor reservations, table allocation, VIP arrangements, special requests and group/event requirements.
Ensure accurate order taking, food and beverage service, billing and cash-handling procedures.
Promote menu items, beverages, promotions and upselling opportunities to maximize guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
Monitor stock levels, operating supplies and equipment; report shortages, damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Conduct regular checks of service areas, equipment, cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety and hotel procedures.
Support inventory counts, stock control and basic cost-control activities as required.
Prepare shift handover and operational reports, including guest issues and follow-up actions.
Coach team members on service procedures, product knowledge, grooming and guest handling.
Support on-the-job training, briefings, meetings and departmental activities.
Assist the Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager with events, promotions, audits and operational projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or F&B Manager.

Yêu cầu E2bet tỷ lệ kèo World Cup 2026

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Previous experience in an international hotel or resort is an advantage.
Good knowledge of restaurant and F&B service operations, service standards, food and beverage products and hygiene requirements.
Good understanding of basic cost control, inventory control and cash-handling procedures.
Good leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service orientation.
Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant POS/hotel systems.
Good sales and upselling skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on service quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Positive, proactive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
