- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the food and beverage operations of the Resort to ensure the achievement of high standard quality of food and beverage product, guest services, employee satisfaction and achievement of departmental revenue and profit goals.
- Adhere to local regulations concerning HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
- Support the overall management of Food & Beverage operations to ensure service excellence and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to meet brand standards.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, cost control, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Support manpower planning and participate in departmental budgeting.
- Conduct regular briefings and monitor operational and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and stay updated with industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Other tasks assigned.
