• Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner, using guests’ names whenever appropriate.
• Perform check-in, check-out, room changes and other Front Office procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards and reservation information.
• Ensure all guest and reservation information is accurately entered and updated in the hotel PMS/system.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally; escalate issues to the Supervisor/Duty Manager when required.
• Maintain accurate cashier float, process guest payments and ensure daily cash and transaction reports are properly completed.
• Assist guests with safety deposit box services, currency exchange and other Front Office services when required.
• Maintain good knowledge of hotel facilities, services, F&B outlets, promotions and ALL – Accor Live Limitless benefits.
• Promote hotel services, packages, room upgrades and Accor loyalty programs to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Assist guests with onward reservations and provide information about other Accor hotels and destinations when required.
• Monitor VIP arrivals, special requests and guest preferences, ensuring appropriate arrangements and follow-up.
• Ensure guest-related information, requests and incidents are properly recorded and communicated during shift handovers.
• Perform daily audit and cashier balancing procedures accurately; prepare required reports and documents.
• For night shifts, complete the night audit process and prepare morning reports and necessary documents for the following day.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of reservation procedures, room availability, rate information and relevant Front Office systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional Front Desk work area at all times.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, professional conduct and guest service.
• Be familiar with hotel emergency, fire evacuation, health and safety procedures and respond appropriately when required.
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions as assigned by Management.
• Perform other reasonable duties and tasks as assigned according to hotel operational needs.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge or a related hospitality position.
• Previous experience in an international hotel/resort is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service orientation.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera/PMS or other hotel systems.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good sales and upselling skills with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
