Key Responsibilities:

• Support the supervision of junior team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
• Assist in maintaining consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with established standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and food safety practices in storage, preparation, and handling of food.
• Follow standard recipes and minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all kitchen and related areas.
• Assist in preparing and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
• Check ingredients and preparation processes to ensure readiness for service and compliance with standards.
• Monitor cleanliness and proper functioning of kitchen equipment and tools; report any issues promptly to supervisors.
• Clean and organize the work area and complete all end-of-shift duties, including proper cleaning and preparation for the next shift.
• Ensure punctuality, proper grooming, and compliance with kitchen standards.
• Support training and guidance of junior team members when required.

• Salary is competitive.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours when required

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
