People and Culture Intern / Human Resources Intern

• Assisting in initializing ideas and designing posters, infographics, artwork, etc. when needed.
• Participating in organizing employee events.
• Arranging logistics for employee onboarding (name tag, fingerprint, welcome package…).
• Making employees feel welcomed and promptly responding to their concerns and requests (if any).
• Effectively circulating information to other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Ensuring information related to colleagues is posted on the notice board.
• Filing, data entry, and arranging employee profiles.
• Tracking personnel documents and storing it in designated places.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
• Report direct to People and Culture Director

• High school/College/University education

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
