Sales Admin (Based in Cam Ranh)

• Coordinate site inspections as required

• Prepare administration documents required for sales

• Maintain filing database (manual and electronic)

• Update database and accounts as per direct reports

• Book appointments for DOSM, ADOSM, SM

• Assist in filing and management of documents and reports for DOSM

• Attend to all telephone, fax, email inquiries in a timely manner

• Attend sales meetings

• Stock Control

• Update business cards into Master database

• Assist in filing and management of accounts for events and business development

• Arrange conference calls

• Perform any duty assigned by line-manage or DOSM

• Work weekends if required

• Liaise with SM to operate the business in case function’s need

• Work in line with business needs

• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good writing
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
