Be responsible for including sourcing CVs from recruitment channel(s), uploading candidate data to the record files, and conducting phone screenings.
Coordinate interviews by arranging schedules, sending invitations to candidates & hiring managers, preparing rooms, and looking after candidates before and after interviews.
Support in handling the assessment links, reference check requested forms, and onboarding documents.
Draft internship agreements, upload trainee details, and issue offer emails with required documents.
Support in processing the recruitment and onboarding process for trainees & full-time associates (if there are any).
Assist with document submission and escort newcomers to the appropriate department
Design newcomer announcements and onboarding slides, maintain talent files, activate Marriott accounts, and support recruitment programs and administrative tasks.
