Human Resources Manager

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Develop and implement annual manpower planning based on business forecasts and approved headcount.
  
• Oversee the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified and suitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment campaigns that align with the resort’s employer branding.
  

Training & Development

• Design and implement training programs, onboarding orientation, and career development plans.
  
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to enhance service quality and staff performance.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
  

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Manage the payroll process, employee benefits, and performance appraisal system.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and personal income tax regulations.
  
• Review and propose competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
  

Employee Relations & Administration

• Build and maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and engagement.
  
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy and local labor laws.
  
• Oversee general HR administration including personnel files, contracts, attendance, and leave records.
  

Budgeting & Reporting

• Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget and manpower cost.
  
• Provide regular HR reports and analysis on workforce, turnover, and recruitment performance.
  
• Support management with HR insights for strategic decision-making.
  

• Working 5 days per week.
• Full salary and service charge provided during the probation period.

• Relocation transportation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in 4–5 star hotels or resorts.
  
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and taxation.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and Microsoft Office.
