Assistant Manager Security

• Liaise with management, employees, local authorities (Police, Fire & Safety) on security, safety, and loss control matters.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures, emergency preparedness, and confidentiality standards.
• Supervise daily security operations, including CCTV, access control, incident reporting, and back-of-house movement.
• Review, update, and enforce security, fire prevention, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Rooms divisions to maintain and inspect safety equipment.
• Conduct and oversee regular security, fire safety, and emergency response training for all employees.
• Maintain security records, reports, logbooks, and staff leave balances; submit regular summaries to HR and Management.
• Ensure all staff are familiar with emergency procedures and operational standards.
• Support task force teams for new openings and perform other duties as assigned.

• University degree in Security or Law Enforcement, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel. 
• Strong team management, computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills, with a proactive, professional, and ethical approach. 
• Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, confidentiality, commitment to quality and continuous improvement, and the ability to act with good judgment in challenging situations while supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
