- The F&B Sales & Events Manager is fully responsible for driving total F&B revenue, upselling incremental revenue after Sales Contracts are signed, and securing milestone celebrations, social events, and group functions.
- This role has full ownership of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes, ensuring 100% accuracy and smooth operational execution by coordinating with the Culinary, Banquets, and Service Teams.
- The Manager is hands-on, personally meeting guests upon arrival and acting as the main point of contact throughout all events. The Manager also collaborates closely with the F&B Marcom Team and E-commerce Team to develop strong e-menus and targeted F&B promotions.

- Strong upselling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on leadership and mentoring ability.
- Excellent organizational and guest interaction skills.
