1. To guide or to support related documents to in-house tenants for applying visa extensions, residence permits, Internet service etc

2. To get to know our long term residents, have regular interaction directly with them and conduct surveys.

3. To co-ordinate with all department heads to organize activities for all tenants, children, families.

4. To act as interpreter for the activities if required.

5. To collect feedback and complaints from customers, inform all departments and give prompt response back to customers.

6. To create unique customer experiences to surprise residents.

7. To perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management.

Professional training and personnel activities organized periodically
Salary review
13th month for 1- year commitment (basic salary)
Full insurance regime under current labor law, plus International health-care insurance, 24/24 accident insurance covered 100% by the company

At least 1 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

Must be PC knowledgeable

Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
