- 4–5 years of experience, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, IP Telephony, and IT security.
- Experience with Opera, Micros, Fidelio, Sun System is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
