HR Executive (L&D Specialist)

A. Purpose of Job

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about Learning & Development and employee engagement within the hospitality industry.

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with people, coordinating training activities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development (Main Focus)

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees
• Support internal training sessions, service culture workshops, and staff development activities
• Prepare and update training materials, SOPs, and learning content
• Track training records and collect feedback to improve training effectiveness
• Work closely with department heads to support employee development initiatives

• Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding coordination
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment content on social media platforms
• Support attendance tracking, HR documentation, and employee records
• Assist with insurance procedures and other HR administrative tasks
• Coordinate internal engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, staff events, and team-building activities
• Provide general support to the HR Manager in daily HR operations when needed

I. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

II. Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Field

• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

III. Skills

• L&D Skills: Proven ability to present, facilitate training sessions, and inspire adult learners.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• High level of integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a "can-do" service attitude.
