ADD Assistant Outlet Manager

Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations (restaurant/bar/café): shift execution, set-up and service procedures.

Allocate manpower and coordinate the team on shift; monitor performance, discipline and staff engagement.

Handle guest issues and complaints promptly; collect feedback and propose service improvements.

- Phối hợp với Bếp/Bar/Stewarding và các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chất lượng món, tốc độ phục vụ và trải nghiệm khách hàng.

Coordinate with Kitchen/Bar/Stewarding and related departments to ensure food quality, service speed and guest satisfaction.

- Kiểm soát hàng hóa – tồn kho – dụng cụ: nhận hàng, kiểm kê, order theo par-stock, hạn chế thất thoát.

Control inventory, supplies and equipment: receiving, stocktaking, par-stock ordering and loss prevention.

- Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên mới; coaching kỹ năng phục vụ, kiến thức menu, upselling/cross-selling.

Support training and coaching for new and existing staff on service skills, menu knowledge and upselling/cross-selling.

- Hỗ trợ triển khai chương trình bán hàng/promotion; theo dõi E2BET com Trang Chủ và các chỉ số vận hành theo phân công.

Support sales promotions and track revenue/operational KPIs as assigned.

- Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm F&B; ưu tiên đã làm Supervisor/Assistant Manager tại Trang Chủ Cổng Game Cá Cược Uy Tín E2 BET/nhà hàng.

Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience; preferably at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level in hotel/restaurant operations.

Strong understanding of outlet operations and service standards; Food Safety/HACCP knowledge is an advantage.

Proven skills in shift leadership, team management, problem-solving and guest complaint handling.

- Tư duy dịch vụ tốt, chủ động, trách nhiệm; chịu được áp lực và linh hoạt làm ca/kíp, cuối tuần, Lễ/Tết.

Service-minded, proactive and accountable; able to work under pressure and flexible with shifts, weekends and holidays.

- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh khá (ưu tiên biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác).

Good spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

- Thành thạo POS và tin học văn phòng cơ bản (Excel/Word); có khả năng làm báo cáo và kiểm kê.

Proficient in POS and basic MS Office (Excel/Word); capable of reporting and stock/inventory control.
