Sales Coordinator

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team

- Soạn thảo, theo dõi hợp đồng, báo giá, proposal và các tài liệu bán hàng

Prepare and follow up on contracts, quotations, proposals, and sales documents

- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Reservations, Finance, Operations) để đảm bảo yêu cầu khách hàng được thực hiện chính xác

Coordinate with related departments (Reservations, Finance, Operations) to ensure accurate fulfillment of client requirements

Update client information, revenue data, and sales reports in the system

- Theo dõi tình trạng đặt phòng, sự kiện, group booking và hỗ trợ Sales Manager khi cần

Monitor room bookings, events, group bookings, and assist the Sales Manager as required

- Tiếp nhận và phản hồi email, điện thoại của khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời

Handle and respond to client emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner

- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng bộ phận

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Strong bilingual - English & Vietnamese.

- Proficiency in office and PMS softwares.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel.
