- We are looking for a hands-on Internal Accountant with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- • Issue VAT invoices and adjustment invoices accurately on a daily basis
- • Prepare payment requests for Director approval based on internal submissions
- • Maintain and organize payment documents (bank transfer records) for tracking and audit purposes
- • Collect and manage invoices arising from daily business transactions
- • Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- • Support payroll calculation, social insurance registration, and other HR-related accounting tasks
- • Handle internal accounting entries and related administrative processes
- • Reconcile customer receivables based on contracts (bi-weekly and monthly)
- • Record basic accounting transactions using MISA software
- • Provide daily financial data to Kate for reporting
