Purchasing cum Receiving Officer

- Assisting Purchasing Leader in negotiating prices with suppliers according to the SOP with integrity of good governance.

- Storing an updated supplier list at all times.

- Maintaining a system between purchasing staff and the main kitchen to ensure time lines, quality, and quantity of goods.

- Ensuring that orders are filled and supplies are delivered on time as requested by a department.

- Preparing all necessary paper work when ordering goods from all vendors.

- Following up the delivery date of goods ordered.

- Controling daily arrivals of goods from suppliers.

- Checking quantity of goods receiving base on PR & PO transfer from Purchasing Leader.

- Checking actual goods received to PR, PO, invoices.

- Preparing goods receiving notes (3 copies) and noting down any discrepancy on goods receiving note.

- Updating the hotel computer system with all inventory receipts.

- Collecting Red Invoices of received goods and related documents to provide to the Payable Accountant for accounting records and payments.

- Carrying out physical counts of inventories, tools, equipments and fixed assets at the end of the month as required.

- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

- Proficiency in English communication

- Strong organizational, detailed and analytical skills

- Computer literate and knowledgeable in operating hotel computer systems
