- Assist the Head of C&B in managing payroll, benefits enrollment, and related administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records of salaries, bonuses, allowances, and benefits.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Support the implementation of new C&B policies and programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other C&B matters under guidance of the Head of C&B.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll and benefits.
HR Administration (40%):
- Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Support HR team in organizing employee engagement programs and internal communications.
- Handle routine HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
