Located in the heart of Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, CieL Dining is a one-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant offering a seasonal tasting menu that blends French techniques with Vietnamese and global ingredients.<br /> <br /> Founded by Chef Lê Việt Hồng, who has trained in world-renowned kitchens such as Noma (Copenhagen), Sezanne (Tokyo), and Disfrutar (Barcelona), CieL is a space where culinary creativity is guided by emotion, memory, and story.<br /> <br /> At CieL, we do not define ourselves by a specific cuisine, instead, we embrace freedom of expression.
